Product Information / Description

The penetrating film of Alco-Metalube solves lubrication problems caused by salt water, high temperatures, heavy friction, seizing and extreme weather conditions.  Alco-Metalube is an ultra duty grease that provides superior lubrication efficiency up to ten times that of ordinary Heavy-Duty lubricants, greatly reducing costly down-time while increasing the life of your expensive equipment.   Alco Metalube contains a protective film (meets EPA standards) which penetrates, coats and seals with tough Extreme Pressure additives while improving torque transfer. Alco-Metalube withstands adverse conditions caused by extreme temperature, weather and pressure. Alco-Metalube is lead-free, non-synthetic and non-silicon with a hydrocarbon base.

Our customers find that they need to apply less grease, and less frequently, because Alco-Metalube is highly concentrated, over twice the weight of ordinary lubricants, and does not break down like other lubricants. We have also found that Using Alco-Metalube first when equipment is new will greatly improve its lifespan.

Alco-Metalube greatly increases mechanical efficiency, your equipment lasts longer, and preserves your profit margin. Certified under U.S. Navy Specification MIL-PRF-18458C; QPL-18458-32.

" I've been using your Alco-Metalube for about three years.   I knew it was a good compound but I didn't realize just how good it is.  Most experienced boat owners know that the shaft that turns the prop must be lubricated at regular intervals.  This is extremely important when the boat is used in salt water.  If not lubricated regularly (every six mos. or so) the prop can become corroded and frozen to the shaft, a condition that is very expensive and time consuming.  When this happens the prop must be cut off the shaft, destroying the prop and sometimes damaging the shaft.  This is more costly if done in a shop. Due to health problems I was unable to do the maintenance on the boat for 18 mos.  When I finally got around to it, the prop slid off like it was just put on yesterday.

Thanks for a great product; it saved me a bundle of money, a good prop and a lot of hard work.  I now use it on all my vehicles."
